We will always do the right thing when taking care of our customers. Within 30 days of your purchase, you can return the item you purchased on IWD that:
- Are in their original packaging
- Have not been used, installed, or disassembled
- Are not damaged due to improper installation
- Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions
(You gotta return it the way you got it.)
To return your purchase, please follow below instructions.
Step 1: Customers need to contact IWD customer service for authorization before returning any items. IWD is not responsible for items returned without proper return information (customer’s name, address and order number) on or in the box.
You can start a return by logging in to your account, and click Return under orders to finish your return request.

Step 2: Once we receive your return request, we will get back to you within 48 hours, and you will then receive approval and instructions on how to return your item(s) back.
Step 3: Package your purchased items correctly.
Package the items in their original packaging and/or box with your invoice. We reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is not returned in its original condition.
Step 4: Return shipping expense
IWD will provide return label if the part is returned due to our mistake. For example, if you are shipped the wrong part or if it is damaged in shipping, we’ll pay the return shipping expense. We will email you the return label or you can download the return label from My Account.
If the part is returned not due to our mistake, but the customers is purchasing the right part, we are happy to pay for the return shipping of the wrong part. We understand that mistakes happen. If the correct part is not being purchased we’ll arrange for the return of the merchandise (same way it was shipped unless specified) and bill for credit on the purchaser. For example, if you order the wrong part number or you don’t need the purchased parts any more, customers are responsible for the return shipping expense. Step 5: Refund
Once we have received your returned auto part(s), conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, you will be issued refund for the original purchase price and applicable sales tax within 15 business days of receipt of your returned item. .
